About this role
Roles and responsibilities Support day-to-day billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance operations activities. Assist with reconciliation of payments, refunds, invoices, and other financial transactions across systems. Review and process returned payments, refunds, and payment-related discrepancies with guidance from senior team members. Perform pre-billing and post-billing checks to identify billing errors and ensure transaction accuracy. Assist in preparing invoices, commission reports, expense reports, and other financial documentation. Support monthly financial reporting by collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate financial data. Identify discrepancies, missing information, and reporting errors and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.…
