Job Description — Energy Marshal (LOTO / PTW) Position Summary The Energy Marshal supports safe, compliant, and efficient execution of construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities on a semiconductor fabrication (fab) project. This role serves as the central coordination point for all energy control activities impacting construction and tool hook-up work—spanning electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, gas, and stored energy sources. Working closely with Construction Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Commissioning (Cx), and Operations/Facilities, the Energy Marshal manages isolations, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and permit-to-work (PTW) processes to enable safe work in a complex, high-tech environment.…
