Team Introduction The People Operations team sits within the broader People team to improve our overall employee experience. We optimise the employee lifecycle and use data to align staff needs with core business goals. You'll partner closely with various business units to foster a highly supportive workplace. This team empowers our people, ensuring they have the foundation to thrive every day. Job Purpose Reporting to the Senior People Generalist and People Data Analyst, you'll act as the first point of contact for HR queries. You'll deliver seamless support across onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves using our HRIS, Dayforce.
