About this role
Founded in 2008, Future Standard’s equity co-investment platform is led by two senior investment professionals. The team has completed over 150 co-investments and committed ~$2.5 billion since 2008. The business is currently investing out of its sixth equity co-investment fund, which focuses primarily on U.S.-based middle market leveraged buyout transactions (EBITDA of $10 - $100 million or more) across a broad range of industries. The team looks to invest between $10 - $50 million per deal.
The Associate will be involved in all aspects of a private equity investment transaction, including diligence, execution, and post-closing investment monitoring.…
