About this role

Deine Aufgaben Bei uns arbeitest du Montag bis Freitag von 8 bis 17 Uhr oder individuell anpassbar an deine individuellen Bedürfnisse. Konkret erwarten dich dabei folgende Aufgaben: Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Kundenreklamationen Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail Abstimmung mit Herstellern und Lieferanten zu Reklamationsfällen Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Reklamationen in den B2B-Portalen unserer Lieferanten Organisation der Versandabwicklung an Hersteller und Lieferanten Erfassung und Verbuchung eingehender Reklamationen in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem Nachverfolgung laufender Reklamationsfälle bis zum Abschluss Dein Profil Du hast technisches Verständnis und idealerweise gute Kenntnisse rund um Fahrräder, E-Bikes und Fahrradkomponenten.…
