Buscamos un perfil resolutivo, analítico y con curiosidad técnica, que disfrute investigar incidentes, acompañar a los usuarios y tenga interés en desarrollarse también en el análisis de datos. ¿Cuál será tu desafío? Brindar soporte IT Nivel 1 y Nivel 2 sobre las plataformas de la compañía, gestionando incidencias y requerimientos en contacto con usuarios, equipos de desarrollo y proveedores externos.…
