Starting Pay & Perks:
- Certified RBTs: $18.50 – $23.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
- Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)
- Growth Track: Structured compensation & performance reviews every 6 months
