About this role
Deine Aufgaben Du berätst Kunden in SAP-, KI-, IT- und Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten und stehst ihnen und unseren GAMBIT Berater:innen als Sparringspartner:in zur Seite. Du analysierst Veränderungsbedarfe, Stakeholder, Risiken und Widerstände, entwickelst wirksame Change Strategien und zielgruppengerechte Maßnahmen. Du konzipierst und steuerst Kommunikations-, Enablement- und Stakeholder Management Maßnahmen in deinem Projektteam. Du steuerst in Kundenprojekten den Change Stream, behältst Meilensteine, Ressourcen und Budgets verlässlich im Blick und sorgst für eine verlässliche Abstimmung mit deinen Schnittstellen. Du moderierst Workshops sowie Enablement-Sessions, um Change Agents und Führungskräfte in ihrer Rolle als Change Leaders zu befähigen.…
