Deine Aufgaben Gemeinsam mit dem Team planst, realisierst und betreust du unsere SAP-SuccessFactors-Projekte Du begleitest und berätst Unternehmen dabei in allen Projektphasen: von PreSales über Konzept, Implementierung, Training, Test, Go-live bis Hypercare Du konzeptionierst HR-Prozesse durch das Modellieren von State-of-the-Art-Prozessen und steuerst mit deinen Kollegen die Umsetzung im System Du berätst die Kunden der GAMBIT zur idealen Mischung aus Standard-Prozessen und Individualisierung Du gibst dein Wissen gern an deine Kollegen und Kunden weiter Du gestaltest – als fachliche Leitung oder Projekt-Manager:in – den Ausbau des SuccessFactors-Bereichs in strategischer und operationaler Hinsicht aktiv mit Du betreust (künftige) Kunden im Rahmen von Pre-Sales Aufgaben oder im Bereich de…
