About this role
Summary Responsible for operating a variety of solid waste vehicles to collect and transport solid waste and recycling materials to the transfer station and/or landfill for disposal on a daily basis. Perform physically demanding duties during strenuous weather conditions. Also, responsible for the efficient operation and care of assigned equipment. Pay Range : The candidate will be selected for either a Sanitation Driver I or II position based on their experience and qualifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the functionality, appearance and safety of the equipment and/or facilities such as Transfer Station or Recycling Center in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.…
