Summary Responsible for general maintenance and repairs in all City buildings constructed and/or maintained by Facilities Management. Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour (Depending on qualifications and experience) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned . Schedules and performs Preventative Maintenance Program Maintains and repairs ALL building systems and components within the City of Garland, including but not limited to: Installs/maintains keys, locks, punch code locks, panic hardware (electrical/mechanical), and all other door hardware Installs/maintains electrical systems, devices, controls, lights, lighting systems, etc.…
