About this role: The Recruiting Director (APAC) leads Talent Acquisition strategy for the Global Technology Sales (GTS) and Global Business Services (GBS) across APAC. The leader will manage and develop a recruiting leadership team, ensure systems hygiene and compliance, collaborate with TA leadership, and drive global hiring goals and performance through analytics, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
