We're looking for an HR Business Partner who gets their energy from being in the thick of it – working with operational managers, solving real problems, and building capability across our Dublin and Belfast operations. What you'll actually be doing: You're the HR expert for two major hubs, which means you're part strategist, part problem-solver, part talent magnet.
