Job Summary Develops and manages a dynamic Master Production Schedule (MPS) for the unit(s) in their scope to align production activities with customer flight schedules, seasonal menu changes, and capacity constraints. Works cross-functionally with Operations, Labor Planning, Materials Planning, and Technology to build, enhance, and maintain data and resources, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and issue resolution required to support the entire lifecycle of catering all components of airline customer services required for an accurately and fully stocked flight and on-time departure.…
