About this role

I have an immediate requirement for a Support Analyst for my client based in Grimsby. Work for a nationally recognised client, this is an important need to be filled as soon as possible. Objective: Reporting to the head of IT, this role will form part of a small in-house IT Support Team. The IT Support Team provides both maintenance and new releases to existing applications used by the business as required. Responsibilities : 1. Embed a robust help desk support service to the business with the appropriate IT tool 2. Support in resolving help desk calls 3. First port of support for the phone systems 4.
