Job Description Summary We are looking for an extracurricular intern. As Intern - HR Analytics you will familiarize with data analysis and predictability related to Human Resources, studying processes, tools and opportunities for improvement (e.g.: attrition, vacations, headcount, planning...), as well as HR KPIs development and monitoring. You will have the opportunity to acquire a vision of HR activities from a Lean perspective and with reference to the impacts on the organization and the economics. In such context, you will work on projects with moderate complexity in team with professional figures diversified by activities and experience, experimenting with methodologies of analysis and problem solving and dealing with human and financial aspects.…
