Internship - HR Analytics

Job Description Summary We are looking for an extracurricular intern. As Intern - HR Analytics you will familiarize with data analysis and predictability related to Human Resources, studying processes, tools and opportunities for improvement (e.g.: attrition, vacations, headcount, planning...), as well as HR KPIs development and monitoring. You will have the opportunity to acquire a vision of HR activities from a Lean perspective and with reference to the impacts on the organization and the economics.
