Job Description Summary The Manufacturing Specialist - Production Supervision is responsible for supporting and supervising daily shop floor operations of approximately 44 hourly & contract employees to ensure production goals, safety standards, quality requirements, and delivery targets are consistently achieved. This role provides front-line leadership to production personnel, coordinates resources, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
