Job Description Summary This GE Vernova Lean Leader will work to drive continuous improvement in the organization. This leader will work closely with the GE Vernova manufacturing teams, and other functions as needed, to help operationalize their strategic vision and build organizational capabilities through hands-on initiatives. This individual will serve as a facilitator, change agent and accountability partner to GE Vernova teams and drive step change leveraging Value Stream Mapping as a core tool. They will also support the GE Vernova Lean Team in its initiative to operationalize the GE Vernova Operating Method, driving synergies across the enterprise to achieve business objectives.
