Job Description Summary As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for engaging employees in the functions of production, coordinating activities in expediting the flow of material, parts, and assemblies between areas of production. Job Description Manage the assigned area ensuring that safety, quality, production, cost control and & continuous improvement objectives are met while providing technical support and training to employees working in the assigned production areas. Oversee and implement Lean initiatives in the responsible areas.
