Job Description Summary Team Lead Operations, while performing duties in assigned shift, shall be fully responsible for safe and efficient operation of plant, within the technical limits, as outlined in PPA & GSA, by ensuring compliance of Operating procedures & OEM guidelines. Strictly adheres to all safety rules is expected from Team Lead Operations, including but not limited to; lockout/tag out, work permit guidelines, High Risk Operations and similar policies put in place to protect the employee’s health and safety.
