About this role

Responsibilities / Tasks As Global Lead Sales Enablement Platform (f/m/d) , you will be responsible for the strategic development and global adoption of GEA's Sales Enablement Platform, ensuring it becomes a key enabler for sales excellence and customer engagement across all divisions. In this role, you will: Own and drive the global development and optimization of the Sales Enablement Platform as the central platform supporting sales teams and customer interactions. Define and establish the global operating model, including governance structures, roles, and responsibilities across Global Sales Excellence, Divisions, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management.
