Job Description Summary We have an opportunity for a Blade Operator at our Dowty Propellers Brockworth site The role involves the execution of manual processes either on a rotating shift pattern in a production environment. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Blade composite processes to include but not limited to (Composite layup, Preform & Foam, Blade build, resin injection and deflash) Identifying and Implementing process improvements. Identify and hold responsibility for Quality & Environment, Health & Safety issues. Repairing. Ability to work night shift.
