Job Description Summary We are looking for a hands-on Junior Engineer – Assembly to support Electrical control cabinet assembly, wiring, and inspection. You will manage daily production activities, ensure high first-pass yield, drive EHS and continuous improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains.
