Job Description Summary We are looking for a Czech speaking Lean / Kaizen Coordinator who drives operational excellence by analyzing processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement (with internal tool Flight Deck). They facilitate workshops, coach employees, and implement Lean and 5S methodologies across organizational workflows.
