Senior HR Compliance Manager, EMENAT

Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Compliance Manager to implement and sustain a robust HR compliance program across the EMENAT region (Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey). Reporting into the wider HR leadership team, you will ensure adherence to applicable employment laws, regulations and internal policies, while enabling safe, high-quality and timely business operations through compliant and efficient HR practices. In this role, you will lead risk assessments and audits, drive corrective actions through to completion, and partner with HR, Legal and business leaders to proactively manage compliance risk.
