Job Description Summary As Business Operations Specialist, you support service operations for the Surgical Visualization and Guidance (SVG) business across the Nordics and the Netherlands, while providing operational support across HCS Northern Europe as needed. You ensure service contracts, billing, and operational data are managed accurately, enabling efficient service delivery and revenue realization. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual commitments, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Through effective problem-solving and process improvements, you drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
