Job Description Summary The Executive Site Leader sets the vision, strategy, and operational direction for the Electric Avenue (EA) manufacturing site. As the senior leader of the facility, this role holds end-to-end accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Innovation, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, customer commitments, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. The leader serves as the primary steward of the site's performance, culture, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability.
