Job Description Summary The Field Engineer II will perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing medical equipment for one or more modalities within a hospital or healthcare system in the Tulsa OK area. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in the use of instruments and systems; provide educational programs for customers as required; train customers on the use of computerized systems; troubleshoot customer complaints and perform necessary repairs. Work with service engineering team members and other staff to develop effective solutions for complex customer requirements.
