Job Description Summary The BeLux Payroll Specialist owns and coordinates end-to-end payroll operations for Belgium and provides payroll support for Luxembourg, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and all applicable employment, tax, and social security regulations. The role acts as the internal payroll subject matter expert for the BeLux region and serves as the primary liaison between colleagues, managers, HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external payroll providers.
