Job Description Summary The People Partner – Commercial will act as a strategic HR partner to Commercial business leaders, supporting a workforce of up to ~350 employees. This role is accountable for driving the end-to-end people agenda across Commercial teams, with a strong focus on strategic workforce planning, culture, leadership capability, talent management, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires regular field engagement, with travel of ~10 days per quarter, to stay closely connected to business realities and leaders.
