Job Description Summary The VCP Program Manager will lead and drive strategic Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) programs across the PCS portofolio. A key focus of this position is to drive disciplined project execution, proactively identify and remove barriers, and ensure projects and key milestones are delivered on time with expected quality and business outcomes. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and PMO office, to establish clear priorities, manage technical risks and dependencies, and drive timely decisions. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical leadership, execution rigor, and ownership, while continuously improving engineering efficiency, product quality, and team capability.…
