Job Description Summary The Sr. Sourcing Manager is responsible for driving sourcing strategy, supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and New Product Introduction (NPI) sourcing deliverables across a complex global portfolio. This role partners closely with Engineering, Global Category Management, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure optimal supplier selection, material cost management, supply continuity, and successful product lifecycle execution. The position oversees a highly strategic supply base supporting approximately $200M in annual spend across 300 suppliers and multiple global design and manufacturing sites, while contributing to broader Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) objectives.…
