Job Description Summary The Senior Program Manager - Ultrasound Probes will lead complex, cross-functional programs across the global Probes organization. This role spans the full Probes portfolio and will work closely with Probes segment leaders, who serve as Product Managers, to translate business and portfolio priorities into disciplined execution. The Senior Program Manager will drive strategic and operational initiatives across R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, QARA, Manufacturing, Service, and Regions. Key areas of focus include complex NPI programs, Hoshin Kanri deployment, operating rhythm improvements, and embedding the HeartBeat operating principle into NPIs and other cross-functional programs.…
