About this role

Job Description Summary Service Parts Program Integrator is the key interface between Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Engineering Teams (NPI and IB), Product Management and the Global Service Parts Organization (GSPO) across the entire product lifecycle. The role leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure service-readiness for New Product Introductions (NPIs), to resolve technical obsolescence of service parts, to build a strategy to continue service after end of product sales and to reduce service inventory in anticipation of product End of Guaranteed Service (EOGS).
