Job Description Summary The Site Lean Leader will lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement across the site, supporting multiple product lines. This role will partner closely with manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, materials, and other cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, eliminate waste, strengthen Daily Management Systems, and build a sustainable Lean culture. The role requires a hands-on Lean leader with strong manufacturing experience who can coach teams, facilitate structured problem-solving, improve plant and production-line layouts, optimize material and information flow, and translate Lean principles into measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.…
