Job Description Summary We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to own the technical direction of our global web platform, built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS). You will lead the move of high-volume marketing properties onto EDS, keep our core AEM estate healthy and scalable, and bring AI into how the team designs, builds, tests and ships — not as a talking point, but as part of everyday engineering practice. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery and people leadership.
