Job Description Summary The Surgery Modality Manager FBL is a pivotal commercial and strategic leadership role, responsible for defining and executing the Surgery modality strategy across France, Benelux and Luxembourg as part of the International Region. The role carries direct responsibility and accountability for driving orders, revenue, margin, market share and customer satisfaction, while ensuring strong positioning, pricing discipline and portfolio execution across the zone.
