Job Description Summary This role focuses primarily on early-career and new graduate recruitment, while also supporting selected mid-career hiring. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of our new graduate recruitment program in Japan, including university engagement, information sessions, recruiting events and candidate communication. You will also manage selected mid-career positions from job launch through offer. This position requires the ability to commute to Shinagawa, Minami-Sunamachi and Hino locations based on business requirements. You will work closely with the Sr TA, who owns the overall recruitment strategy.
