The individual is responsible and accountable for performing a wide range of patient care tasks. The performance of tasks allows the care team to provide quality care. Job Duties: The position will focus on providing patient care within a clinical scope of practice. Fulfills designated responsibilities for ongoing continuum of care (non-assessment).
