Location: Geisinger Medical Center (GMC) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: No Job Summary: HAC-P TEAM (Hospital-Acquired Condition – Prevention Team) Provides frontline support focused on preventing hospital-acquired conditions, including BSI, CAUTI, CLABSI, and HAPI. Collaborates with frontline staff, WOCN, Infection Prevention, VAT, and providers to identify and address potential patient harm concerns. Provides real-time education and corrective guidance to staff and escalates concerns to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
