The Pediatric Hospitalist provides comprehensive inpatient care to newborn infants in the Newborn Nursery and Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (7 beds) and serves as a key member of the perinatal care team. The physician attends high-risk deliveries and newborn resuscitations, manages neonatal patients requiring intermediate-level care, collaborates with obstetric and pediatric providers, and ensures the delivery of safe, evidence-based neonatal care.…
