ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Industrial Hygienist / Safety Professional to join our team supporting the DOE's Y-12 National Security Complex! This position is full-time and will be based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Assist Industrial Hygiene Program Managers in executing technical data reviews.
- Conduct workplace investigations when Standard Threshold Shifts (STSs) identified.
- Conduct Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews of physical, chemical, and biological exposure sampling data (e.g., air sampling, surface wipes, direct-reading instrumentation).
- Perform office ergonomic assessments, user symptoms, corrective actions, equipment recommendations, and follow-up verification.
