Dein Arbeitsbereich Als Head of People Leads verantwortest Du die disziplinarische Führung von aktuell neun People Leads sowie die strategische und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung der Produktorganisation. Gemeinsam mit den Bereichen Operations, Sicherheit sowie Portfolio & Tech Strategie stellst Du eine leistungsfähige Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation sicher und entwickelst die methodische Ausrichtung der zugehörigen Organisationseinheiten kontinuierlich weiter. In Deiner Gesamtverantwortung liegen mehr als 250 Mitarbeitende, die in einer agilen Matrixorganisation überwiegend in 19 Produktteams tätig sind.
