Job Description The Role General Motors Customer Care & Aftersales (CCA) is seeking an experienced and analytical Demand Forecasting Analyst to support its Control Tower operation, providing centralized monitoring, rapid assessment, and forecast decision-making for critical, high-visibility service parts. This role will identify emerging demand, supply, inventory, quality, and operational risks; prioritize issues based on business and customer impact; and coordinate timely cross-functional actions through resolution.
