Job Description Area Manager Maintenance – Stamping provides technical and operational leadership across Lansing’s stamping organization. This role is accountable for safe, reliable, and competitive technical operations across multiple stamping areas, including maintenance execution, equipment reliability, skilled-trades capability, problem solving, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead through a strong technical presence on the plant floor, establish clear priorities, and partner with Stamping Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Safety, Facilities, Labor Relations, and other plant functions to deliver business results.…
