Job Description The Role: As a fully qualified, experienced professional on GM’s Human Resources and Global Mobility team, you will independently lead the operational management, governance, and continuous enhancement of GM’s global immigration programs. Using deep professional expertise, independent judgment, and minimal guidance, you will ensure compliance, consistency, strong employee experience, and alignment with business and workforce needs. Serving as a trusted partner to Human Resources, Legal, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external immigration counsel, you will analyze broad and non-standard challenges for program and complex employee cases and develop practical options and translate regulatory and business changes into scalable operational solutions.…
