Job Description DUTIES : Act as Lead Engineer for new programs. Participate in new program implementation and execution such as Statement of Requirements (SOR) preparation, forecasting, conveyor controls design, equipment build/run-off and buyoff. Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of Paint Shop conveyor equipment and systems. Provide technical direction and guidance to outside vendor sources. Manage deliverables to program timing milestones. Provide project reports to senior management. Perform existing program and site support including troubleshooting. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with all customers and plants. Create, maintain, and improve Paint controls standardized work, processes, and procedures.…
