Job Description DUTIES : Lead the overall execution of ADHESIVES for joints, throughout the Global Powertrain Development Process (GPDP). Work cross-functionally with various areas such as Design, VDDV, Purchasing, Validation, and Manufacturing, within the Product Development Team (PDT) as PDT. Ensure program technical and timing requirements are achieved. Demonstrate that designs meet requirements through VDDV, development, and validation processes. Define hardware and budget requirements for experimental build programs. Lead warranty issue resolution and cost/quality improvements with suppliers and in-house manufacturing. Support the read-across and creation of new Best Practices/ Lessons Learned.…
