Job Description The Role The Facilities Area Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a building's functionality, maintenance and security, ensuring the safety and suitability of the space for occupants by managing tasks like cleaning, security, repairs, building systems, and space planning, and coordinating with contractors to address maintenance needs.
