Job Description The LMS Operations & Data Strategist supports GM Learning globally by leading learning operations, data analysis, compliance governance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role optimizes the processes, reporting, and data integrations that support the Learning Management System (LMS) and related technologies. This role partners with Global HR Talent Management, IT, country stakeholders, functional learning leaders, shared service centers, and other enterprise teams.
